what a scam I needed to cancel an ACH that was pending that I could still cancel I called bank of america, verified myself through their automated system and then their automated system says they can't take my call and hands up on me what a scam
Had the account for a year.. Nothing special but confidence is high that they will fix any problem im having. Well at least so far... Just my single dad's opinion lol
Most unorganized branch
I had an appointment with Nancy but I mistakenly went to another BOA instead of this one, where my appointment was at 2 PM… so I was a bit late. I did speak to her and let her know that I was 7 mins away. Get there. Wait. Can see her on in her empty office with no customers, see her chitchat with co workers, then again empty office. Wait some more…. Asked by two gentleman if I needed help, told them I was waiting on her. Finally one of the men has to go tell her that I’ve been waiting on her and pretty much make her take me ... read more
Took two weeks, with expedited service, to receive a replacement debit card. Kept telling me it was not their fault. That may be true, but it was their responsibility.
