Took two weeks, with expedited service, to receive a replacement debit card. Kept telling me it was not their fault. That may be true, but it was their responsibility.

Bank do not appreciate customers' time; only one teller is available for a line of customers, and the time needed for simple transactions is excessive, poor teller with no help.
Went there for a notary and we added a service right there so we could open an account for my daughter who's a teenager. Weren't expecting that much but James Brooks took care of us very well. He's very professional and very accommodating and everything went through smoothly. BOA west Charleston is highly recommended, beautiful area, beautiful people.
