this is probably the worst bank I been to. I came in to cash a few check which I normally do at other bank through out the East bay. Usually it goes smooth, just slide my debt card , put in my pass code and done. Here at this bank I was being Stereotypes by Wening Chen. She question my transaction and ask for my ID.
