We had a fantastic experience at this branch opening a checking account for my 18-year-old son, thanks to Samantha. After having a frustrating experience elsewhere, Samantha was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and efficient. She processed my son’s application smoothly.
Worst service. Went there for notarization and I was told the person who can notarize is not there. Standard reply, didn't even bother to check or see if someone else can do it
I’ve have had BOA savings & checking accounts since 2018; my emergency funds, never touched it; very low interest earned; decided to close accounts, move money to my retirement account; BOA employees fight tooth & nail to keep accounts open!
