Closed at random for no reason during opening hours. This happens a lot at B of A. They truly don't care. Switching Banks to Chase. That they have a nice printed notification sign at the ready demonstrates that closing branches whenever they feel like it is standard operating procedure at Bank of America. They've done this to me on multiple occasions, and I'm mad as hell and not going to take it anymore.
We had a fantastic experience at this branch opening a checking account for my 18-year-old son, thanks to Samantha. After having a frustrating experience elsewhere, Samantha was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and efficient. She processed my son’s application smoothly.
