Chinese teller just outright lied to me because she didn’t want to pull an image of my previous cashiers check. She said they don’t keep an image of the cashiers check when it is federal law that they need to keep that information for years. Typical BoA
Horrible experience. Staff gave me four different reasons why I could not open a safety deposit box. I felt lied to and that the staff did not have basic knowledge of the key functions of the bank and its services.
