truly the worst 2 hours of my life. came in for a credit card authorization & they were absolutely no help. I just sat on the phone & waited on hold, then they printed out a screenshot that said my application was in progress AS IF I DIDNT ALREADY KNOW THAT. shut this location down.

I've been a bank of America for a long time. Every time that i made the mistake by visiting this branch (sahara and Eastern) i always get disappointed! Different instances, Different things. Yesterday 4/27/26 i went there, it was about 2: 55 pm ; there was no one by the door asking what do I needed, so i waited for a little bit. Doesn't answer the phone
Please train your staff "Giselle" to allow the customer to finish a sentence or request before getting cut off and dismissed. Never in my life. Staff here is a reflection of their poor management. The incompetence is on a completely different level with these folks.
