People are not very good at customer service. Very slow and would rather not do their job. Unless they have to.
This used to be a great branch but services and personnel keep getting reduced while fees increase.
So theres a line every morning. And there late to open. Its hot. There elderly waiting in line and when we get in they one teller open for everyone. This is horrible for customers. Not satisfied at all
