Was approved for an account. My teller, and banker, were absolutely fantastic. I like this bank. The reviews are definitely inaccurate of the effort and kindness of the staff at this location.
My favourite office of BoA! Everyone is nice and welcoming. Never have a long lines in my experience. Came to get a newer bank notes and they found it for me and even helped me several times. Appreciate you! 🫶🏻
truly incredible how they managed to waste my time for 2 hours. came up here to get a credit card authorized after having continued issues with bank of america flagging my account. I was seen by one person who just called the same number that I’d already called, which put me on hold. then the manager took over my appointment & called another number that put me on hold. during both instances of me being on the phone, the teller & the manager just left me on the phone to help other people. after 2 hours of this, the manager ca... read more
