The lady I dealt with was brusque, did not listen to me adequately or hear my concerns about my check. I just wanted to know if there was any way to expedite my mobile deposit, but she redeposited it instead of listening and addressing my concerns, then tried to gaslight me into thinking that it was my fault. There was also a long line and for some reason, they had very minimal staffing in the bank.
