Waited a long time at this branch. Asked for a signature and branch stamp on a bank verification letter and monthly statements for a visa application. Staff said they cannot sign any documents and that the branch has no stamp at all. When I asked to speak with the manager, they refused. Left with nothing done. If you need document certification, try another branch.

James is the manager at this location I had a very unique situation where I needed to speak to a branch manager this manager was lazy and didn't really want to do his job I went to a US bank afterwards after I called and they helped me with No issues what's so ever . I wouldn't recommend this location for a thing especially as long as he is there look at the stars ....... There service says enough
