Customer service here. Are so rude. You call to make appointments and what not and they just seem so bothered. They need new people with better understanding, communication, and better attitudes. That’s why your guys ratings are so low. Do better!!

This place is the worst just the same as all the other Bank of America‘s thats why I don’t bank here unfortunately I have to make a car payment and today their systems were down and they always only have one teller when there’s a line of people this place is ridiculous.
Absolutely terrible at answering the phone! I can never get a hold of anyone at this location via telephone. Very frustrating!
