Pointless trying to open an account online, pointless trying to do it inside this branch. Pointless trying to cash a government check. Pointless doing anything at this branch or better yet BofA itself.
I just now tried calling this branch because I needed to speak with a "Human" because sometimes the App doesn't have everything you need. The recording doesn't let you leave a message so I kept pressing 1 to go back to main menu. I did this for 10 minutes straight. No one picked up. I then called back 3 more times, to no avail. TERRIBLE!!! I then looked at previous reviews and realized that it made sense. Customer service here. Are so rude. You call to make appointments and what not and they just seem so bothered. They need new people with better understanding, communication, and better attitudes. That’s why your guys ratings are so low. Do better!!
