Staff is apathetic...never answer phone...shorted me when I cashed a check..also will flat out lie to you about simple account questions..the other locations are good but for some reason this location is garbage..it sucks that this one is closest to my house..I go to the further locations simply because the staff at this location are unbearable....
Every time I come in during morning hours, there's only one teller. Why?
I went in at 3:45 to inquire about my father who had a check refund. He passed away six months ago and I have all the legal documentation to prove that I’m the inheritor of the estate along with his death certificate. All I wanted to know is whether or not he has open accounts, but Pauline Roybal was unwilling to help me. She told me that she had an appointment at 4 o’clock and that I needed to schedule a time to come in. Absolutely ridiculous, I will not come back.
$8 fee for non-acct. holders is absolutely ridiculous! How can you do that with a clear conscience? You're getting bad reviews already. Hard NOT to use bad language.
Long waits, no help. You know they will always charge for every little thing, but if you actually need some help you are on your own. Horrible bank and horrible branch. Bad manager too.
