Poor service and lack of professionalism at this branch.â I visited the Bank of America in Cedar Hill recently, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. The branch wasnât even busy, yet the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. No one was willing to sit down or take the time to actually assist me â it felt like they were finding every reason to send me out the door instead of solving the issue. Worst brach to deal with. Specially the manager or supervisor she act like she is doing a big favor.Â
Worst Bank of America I have ever been to. None of the employees want to help. They all stand around while a line a customers form behind the one teller. I walked out because of the long wait. The staff acts like they are doing you a favor.Â
This is the worst Bank of America location. I wanted to open and close an account, and the person helping me told me to use my app and it will call the banking center where someone can help me through the phone. I waited on the phone for over 10 minutes and hung up. That person could of easily help me while I was there in person. They deserve zero starsÂ
