Horrible customer service. They don't want to help people. If you are smart go to a different bank! Customer are not important!
teller asking to much questions like she's accusing me of fraud. withdraw the same amount in other bank wasn't asked those questions just ID.
BofA used to be ok. Now they are terrible. Branches don't operate full business hours, expect everything to be done by app or ATM. ATMs constantly down, and they nickel & dime fees for petty things.
