Went here and tried to pay my principal, apparently I need to know how much I had but a couple months ago that wasn’t the case. There was a really nice lady and she didn’t care about that. Unfortunately I will not be coming here again. The lady is disrespectful and rude, she kept giving stares and not saying anything. Both most recent visits have been terrible experiences with three different employees. Very condescending and discriminating. Where they should be polite and informative.
Horrible service, very rude, recently changed banks. Had I know how bad the service was I would had never. 👎
Susan M is absolutely wonderful. She helped me with everything I needed and much more. I’ve been with this bank for 4 years and she has been the most helpful banker I have ever had. Highly recommend this branch for your banking needs.
