This was my first time there, and I will never go back. I was dealing with one very professional banker, and then a woman who worked there came out of nowhere. She was extremely rude, not just to me but also to the other banker. She wanted to be right about everything, even though 2 different representatives said the same thing. If you need a bank, choose a different one.
Went here and tried to pay my principal, apparently I need to know how much I had but a couple months ago that wasn’t the case. There was a really nice lady and she didn’t care about that. Unfortunately I will not be coming here again. The lady is disrespectful and rude, she kept giving stares and not saying anything. Both most recent visits have been terrible experiences with three different employees. Very condescending and discriminating. Where they should be polite and informative.
Horrible service, very rude, recently changed banks. Had I know how bad the service was I would had never. 👎
