Rude just out right negative energy refuses together a manager to help just not cool
I do not recommend this branch or any other Bank of America branch because whenever I deposit a check, they give me a receipt that I will receive in 2 days and in the end they end up holding them for 10 days and I call customer service and they tell me they can't do anything, always the same excuses. Yesterday I already closed two accounts, one personal and one business, and today I will close another one and after I receive my money from the deposited checks, I will end up closing the last account.
