Rude person wouldn't help me
The best customer service ever
I have visited this location several times and not always received the best customer service but today I received great customer service. I was greated by the branch manager when I walked in. He was very friendly and got me right over to Unique Sims who took time to walk me through a wire transfer as it being my first time! She was very professional, friendly and demonstrated great customer service. It was a quick and easy process and I was happy she assisted! This branch profiles. I went with my Daughter to cash a refund check from her college and the manager Ryan Moore came to verify the check and told us he couldn't verify the account from the trillion dollar college. We contacted the college and was told that was absolutely not true. So we went to the BOA on Plymouth where we were treated with respect and had no issues.
