I can understand why this BoA location has an overall 2.3/5 star rating. This used to be a nice BoA location to go to, but not anymore. It's unfortunate, I only live one mile away from this location, but I'll GLADLY drive out of my way to a different BoA location for professional service. This is the worst Bank of America location ever the lady at the second desk caucasian with the glasses had the worst experience with her she was very rude and racist I will never be coming back and I will be call the corporate office to let them know how poorly I was treated and how poor the service is

Tried calling to speak to somebody for 3 days and I get the same unable to leave a message for a call back or to use their online chat feature. I want to speak to a human.
