A great place to do your banking.
Tried calling to speak to somebody for 3 days and I get the same unable to leave a message for a call back or to use their online chat feature. I want to speak to a human.
I had a hard time depositing a check and Rep Stephanie Bokka was very helpful took the time to tell me about different options on managing my finances and explain different ways to deposit checks to my account
The tellers don't understand what counter checks are or how to process them. Wouldn't accept a completely valid check from another institution just down the road.
What a terrible experience! I tried cashing a BUSINESS BONUS CHECK and the supervisor/manager was so rude! She was too busy getting coffee orders!!! Went to the branch across from the office that I manage & they took care of me with no problem! I do not like being accused of trying to cash a fake check !!! Thank you so much to the Dearborn branch manager !
