I visited the Bank of America branch on Grace Avenue today, and it was a wonderful experience. The branch itself is very nice, clean, and welcoming. I genuinely enjoyed being there. I had an appointment with Q&A Williams, and she was absolutely amazing. She is kind, patient, and truly cares about helping others.
