Could not get through in 10 minutes of calling. Traveling and needed credit card replacement due to fraud. More Bunk than Bank of America. Only wish I could give a zero to match the service.
I went in here this morning to inquire about opening an account. Tammy at the front desk was not nice, I asked if she knew if I’d be able to open an account her response was “I don’t know “ and then proceeded to tell me that there are appointments every 30 minutes- I said ok, I’ll wait. She just stared at me (I was thinking she may need put my name down) and then said “ You can sit down” oh. Worst Bank of America in New Mexico I’ve been coming here to cash my checks with no problem then all the sudden the manager Tammy gives me crap saying they can no longer cash my check and didn’t give me any reason why and the manager Tammy was absolutely useless and didn’t help what so ever no wonder this bank only is rated 2 stars
Dont expect them to answer your calls. Ever.
