Always get there after closing and have never had any issues. Parking lot always clean, machines always work, it's a good ATM.
Nice, employees are very helpful. Plenty of parking. Drive-thru is usually swift, depending on the day and time.
Somehow a 5 minute errand always turns into 30+ minutes mission here. For some reason Serenity couldn’t verify me on any of my 3 business accounts to get a cashiers check after verifying a code, using my digital card, giving my ID, etc. The manager is magically able to fulfill my request though. Never have an issue at any other branch 🤷♂️
I recently moved to Rio Rancho, and this bank is pretty close to my house, so I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, every time I’ve gone in, the woman at the front desk hasn’t been very helpful, and the customer service has been disappointing. What also stands out to me is that she’s never introduced herself, and there’s never even a simple “hello” or “how are you.” I honestly don’t even know her name because she’s never said it.
