I recently moved to Rio Rancho, and this bank is pretty close to my house, so I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, every time I’ve gone in, the woman at the front desk hasn’t been very helpful, and the customer service has been disappointing. Could not get through in 10 minutes of calling. Traveling and needed credit card replacement due to fraud. More Bunk than Bank of America. Only wish I could give a zero to match the service.
I went in here this morning to inquire about opening an account. Tammy at the front desk was not nice, I asked if she knew if I’d be able to open an account her response was “I don’t know “ and then proceeded to tell me that there are appointments every 30 minutes- I said ok, I’ll wait. She just stared at me (I was thinking she may need put my name down) and then said “ You can sit down” oh.
