Horrible customer service. My first time at this bank. They had 1 teller for 7 people in line. While other employees talked and walked around with no regard to customers waiting. I was there to deposit money for my ill mother, when a manager came and asked me to use the atm to deposit my money.. Once I got to the teller, they refused to help me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Bank of America branch yesterday. I attempted to complete a wire transfer through the mobile app but was having difficulty, so due to the time-sensitive nature of the transaction, I rushed to the branch and arrived shortly after 4:30 PM. I was greeted by a female employee and explained that I needed assistance with a wire transfer.
