Their was a guy with a huge nose and big head he was so rude and mean. I think he was the manager
Yay for great service! The teller who checked in folks helped me get an appointment for the same day for an online issue I had, she was super helpful. Senaida was above and beyond helpful as she tackled the issues I had so efficiently. The teller at the window was very helpful too. Friendly understanding and empathetic team members made my visit really pleasant. Thank you.
Horrible service! Manager is extremely unprofessional. Takes no initiative in customer satisfaction. This is not the first horrible experience I’ve experienced. Just ridiculous definitely horrible service. I don’t not recommend this branch very disappointed
Juan Carlos the Manager is definitely a ride that doesn’t take his job seriously nor puts any effort into helping nor making this a better place. For the fact they don’t even try to help is already bad. This guy basically kicked us out as well when I wasn’t even done with what I had to ask.
I went to the bank to purchase a cashiers check for the IRS. The bank would not issue me a check because I did not have the address for the UNITED STATES TREASURY. This is by far, the worst bank service I have ever encountered and the bank manager was completely indifferent to my banking predicament. I live blocks away from this bank but I will never return. The next time I need bank assistance , I will drive to another Bank of America.
