Horrible customer service. My first time at this bank. They had 1 teller for 7 people in line. While other employees talked and walked around with no regard to customers waiting. I was there to deposit money for my ill mother, when a manager came and asked me to use the atm to deposit my money.. Once I got to the teller, they refused to help me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Bank of America branch yesterday. I attempted to complete a wire transfer through the mobile app but was having difficulty, so due to the time-sensitive nature of the transaction, I rushed to the branch and arrived shortly after 4:30 PM. The check I was cashing was from Bank of America the business owner who wrote the check has Bank of America as a business account. Not only did they not cash the check for me they told me to go to a credit union down the street which I reply to the bank manager why would I do that when this check is from Bank of America. The bank teller who assisted me announced my available balance and my withdrawal amount $7k+. This is a safety issue which is negligent and dangerous for any client. She needs to be disciplined and retrained. Couldn't think of any safer option: like lowering her voice or writing it down on a paper? Either this, or there needs to be a change of policy. If doesn't get reformed, acknowledged, this will be brought up to corporate.
