Customer service is always lacking at this location. Everything single time I have to this location there are several people with issues in their accounts. In order to solve the issues many personal questions are asked and everyone in line can hear every single question and every single answer, which means your identity can easily be stolen.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this branch today. There were two tellers available. I was the only customer waiting and next in line. After one customer finished, that teller walked away instead of assisting me, while the other teller continued working on a longer, more complex transaction. Meanwhile, other employees were present but did not step in or acknowledge the situation.
