Slow and only 1 teller and no one helping anyone
After 17 years, starting with Nations Bank, I am FINISHED. Fees, Customer Service (LACK of Humans), no humans at the drive through, CLOSING at 4! Went to Wells Fargo across the street. Open til SIX! Friendly humans in the lobby and at the drive through with 6-8 lanes OPEN all the time. Lower FEES! I am a HAPPY GUY now. My girlfriend, who has been with BOA for many years, is moving too. WAKE UP BANK of AMERICA. You are headed in the WRONG DIRECTION.....
The Worst......I went to cash my payroll check signed by one of the owners and the teller said the signature was no good BUT my signature on the check would be ok so I saw my boss there and signed his check for him and he was told mine was no good. We had already cashed checks earlier with his signature and no problem. They have no clue what they are doing. The wait is always too long because they are short staffed. Last but not least the checks are drawn on a Bank of America account and they still charge you $6.00 if you do... read more
