Big thanks to the team at Bank of America’s Vallejo Springstone Financial Center! I went in with my mom without an appointment, and the banker named Mohammed was super welcoming. He really knew what he was doing and helped us out a lot. His kindness and professionalism definitely stood out we really appreciated it!
This bank specifically the management here have a huge discrimination problem. Specifically Dalwinder Danu. I have been cashing my checks with Bank of America well over 10 years and he constantly makes me wait over 30 minutes every month to verify and makes remarks about how peoples signatures are funny because I won’t open an account with them or how he can refuse the check but my clients all bank with them. over the past 4 years I was unable.to have a checking account or a saveings or Credit card so I went to BOFA in vallejo on Springs road an I was able to get both a saveings an checking.
I love this bank. I feel very safe. I normally see Louie the bank teller and he's always so friendly and kind. Very fast and efficient. I give Louie five stars hands down. Thank you Louie! Thank you bank of America on Springs Rd. :)
Adrian Sy helped me althrough out the whole process of starting up my account up to setting up my direct desposit for my employment. Very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommended.
