I went in last week to open my first BofA checking account on a Saturday (thank you for having branches open on Saturday and thank you to all the employees that were working on a Saturday) and had a wonderful experience. Had an appointment and the banker was ready exactly when the appointment should have started (I was a few minutes early). Briana and Mohammad was able to help me with my appointment. They are attentive, helpful, and able to resolve the problem I had. Everything went smooth and fast. This is also a great location next to different establishments including island pacific supermarket. Plenty of parking. Security guards outside the building. No long lines or crowd during the visit compared to the other branch at Sonoma Boulevard Vallejo.

Very disappointing experience at this location today. We had scheduled an appointment in advance and arrived early, only to find out that the employee we needed was not available. The employee who assisted us seemed unprepared for our appointment and spent quite a bit of time questioning us about the documents and how many we had, despite the appointment having already been scheduled. We were ultimately told to reschedule because it would take too long. What was most frustrating was the lack of effort to find a solution. Whe... read more
