horrible exp. came in to wire money. they want u to open the app on your phone and they will tell u what to click and charge you $30 for it. after 2 failed attempts they finally decided to use their computer to help me with the wire. almost didnt make it to my deadline. no sense of urgency. no empathy. BofA admin, pls do something, they need training.
