As a member for 31 years, I deposited a check in person from a local Mid FL credit union and was told by the teller the funds would be available the next day. My online account ledger stated the funds were initially available, but then they post the funds would not be available for another 6 days. This is totally not right and I am pissed off that it will take 8 days for a local check to be verified to be available in my account.

I came in here to put my two cents as to my recent experience with this bank, but man, I can’t believe they’re getting yet Another one star review- it’s incredible. How many bad reviews this branch has. I came here a month ago to change my last name on my account and get a new debit card and the girl never ordered my card! so I called this week the one 800 number only to find out she never ordered it!!! so I came in today and spoke to the “manager” and she gave me a bunch of excuses how that’s usually how it goes. There is no way to get help over the phone as they do not answer their phone - ever. There are no longer drive through services at Bank of America locations; which is very inconvenient for customers.
Donna was great and helped us with the transfer quickly and efficiently and was very kind to us
