We had to do some urgent transfers and Bobby Claire was great. He was pretty quick and very attentive to all details.
Very unprofessional about routine banking questions. Terrible customer service. Even though this is the most convenient location for me, I will not come here again
No teller service available Thursday at 12:30pm to make a cash withdrawal to senior that doesn't have ATM Card!!! Ridiculous to call this a neighborhood bank.....Will check out adding cking account at Chase Market place to my financial footprint & move funds, so we don't have to drive all the way to Crow canyon or Dublin Branch!
It's really very good experience for me about opening my account in BoA. There is a person named Bobby claire, really helpful and Co-operative one. He told me every single thing about my account. I really thankful for him.
