Nobody answers the phone! Had a simple question regarding routing numbers, and it took 30 minutes bouncing between the main menu and option 4, (if you want to talk to someone at that branch) for someone to finally pick up the phone. And of course there are no options to leave a message. So you either use the online banking (which would not have answered my question) or you want for someone to FINALLY ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Services has gone downhill at this location since Covid. Next to no service.
Lea made us feel like an inconvenience from the moment we walked in. I’ve been a loyal customer for years with both personal and business accounts. I didn’t have my debit card, so I asked to verify my identity using the code sent to my phone, which I’ve done before. Instead of simply helping, she sighed, twisted my ID, and immediately checked it under a UV light as if it were fake. I was close to asking for a manager. I have a problem with a text I received. Im working and can't get into the bank and they are closed when I get off work. I've been calling since 9am and no one will answer, it just says we are busy call again. Thats the worst customer service! I've been with this bank for 30 years and thinking about leaving.
