Love my bank. Tellers very warm and respectful to me. The guard on the outside very professional and greet able 🙌. Love the peace and quiet of the atmosphere.
There no privacy I went in to cash in my check the lady already was had a client in her office I insisted on waiting because she had a client she didn’t care ask me wat I was there for ask me to see my documents and told all my business in front on her client told her manager that was unprofessional will not ever come back
This is the worst bank in the United States. I'm starting to close my business accounts because every time I deposit a check I have to wait two weeks for the money to be released, and on the other hand, the business accounts I have with Chase give me the money the next day. And Bank of America always tells me different things when I call to try to fix the problem. I will never have any kind of relationship with this bank again.
