Parking was Inadequate, The outside ATM didn't work for my transaction so I had to use the one inside, it too has issues. I needed assistance to complete the Task.
Update - New people, new beginnings. Gave it 1 star last time for the longest time because they had an incompetent manager and dumb policies. Things are better. Chelsea is a new manager and she looks to have turned things around. And she sounds like Jennifer Lawrence, but that's irrelevant :-) She and another customer service rep, Debra, are doing a fine job and appear to be getting things in shape. I'm finally liking this bank, and it's been a long time since I could say that. Keep up the good work my people.

I go there once a month to draw money out to pay my son Credit Union credit card. The place is always busy. Have to wait in line at the cash machine. I can't find any Bank of America branches anymore
