I go there once a month to draw money out to pay my son Credit Union credit card. The place is always busy. Have to wait in line at the cash machine. I can't find any Bank of America branches anymore
Update, here I am 2 years later, nothing has changed. Still insanely slow, inefficient, waste of time. And I get it- they WANT you to be miserable so you do everything on line and they can close even more branches. Unfortunately when you have a stack of cash it's more inconvenient to feed all of it into an ATM, especially when it's limited in how much it can take and it often jams. God I hate this bank. Trying to call is impossible because nobody answers the phone
Slowest location that I've been to in a long time. There were 3 teller and only 1 open the other 2 tellers were to busy talking to each other, to help the 10 customers standing in line. Just plain rude. I won't be coming back here anytime soon!!!
