Slowest location that I've been to in a long time. There were 3 teller and only 1 open the other 2 tellers were to busy talking to each other, to help the 10 customers standing in line. Just plain rude. I won't be coming back here anytime soon!!!

AMAZINGLY SLOW SERVICE! They have 7-10 employees but only 2 tellers actually helping customers and 1 only works with business accounts.They even put holds on tax refund checks. UPDATE I returned to the branch a few hours later and despite my earlier frustration with the wait time and the hold on my check, after speaking with the manager I would like to add this...the staff were very apologetic and made every effort to assist me. The manager was very nice and gave me the necessary contacts with back office support.
B of A SEEMS QUITE RACIST. Of the many posters inside, not a single white male on any of them….plenty of blacks, Latinos, kids, Queers, white females, but no white males… this Parkland location always feels like a bank robbery is about to happen… because it is.
