Wait times are always outrageous, please hire more staff, this is silly.
Couldn't provide me with a replacement card when I experienced fraudulent charges. I was directed to order a new card online. I did, and they sent it to an address I haven't had in years. Honestly, this is a larger issue with B of A. I have been waiting on a card for a month
Waste of time even going to. Horrible experience always, never easy or quick. And no I don't want the ATM that is why I'm going inside for things that can't be done with an ATM.
