Worst bank ever. It takes so long to do anything here. Im going to chase to open an account, hell with waiting in line half hour or hour every time I need a bank teller. Its not just this location, its All the bank of Americas!! Hire more tellers. Why is there 5 windows and one teller. EVERYTIME. UGH!!
Marsha is amazing! She is always willing to work with me no matter my ridiculous demands, and Monica always has a great attitude and smile. This is the only place I go to for my banking. The Best!
They turned off my debit card over two months ago for security concerns and I still haven't been able to reactivate it. I've been a customer for over 30 years and it's past time for me to find a new bank.
