I been and this bank for 11 years they refuse to give me back my fraud claim money.I open a first claim they denied it they said I know they merchant I was authorized the transaction I didn't authorized the transaction the refuse to give me back my money they open a new claim again the said I have to wait 45 days to investigate 🔎 that's BS how can when the was using my card didn't send me a alert now I have to wait for that long for what.

Cash Advance never work and when I went the bank teller allowed me to do one cash advance and get back online. Thankful for the manager seeing the bank teller rolling her eyes saying they only can do one cash advance at a time and allowing someone else to assist me while having my 1 year old with me after standing already so long in the line.

I think her name is Renee She was always willing to help me or she’s not able to the assistant manager. The customer service is great.
