Worst bank i ever !! Please if you can find other location to do business. Staffs is incompetent and unable to perform simple tasks on a timely manner. Its like visiting a bank where all the employees are 99 years old and take there sweet time understanding and performing taskÂ
It was a great experience with Renee as I watched her assisting a whole lot of people with wisdom until it got to my turn as a first time customer at the Irvington branch and she resolved all my issues together with my wife and gave me all the print outs in an envelope. She's one of the best staff Bank of America should cherish so much. Her professionalism is highly valued.Â
Every time I visit this branch, the lines are always long with only one teller to assist with customers; the lines are even longer during the first week of the month. They need to hire more staff to ease the congestion.Â
The wait in line is always 40 mins this place is horrible never again Always one teller working and this been going on for over 4 years now just go look at all the other reviews smh… p.s. I’m writing this comment while I’m here waiting…😡Â
