Wow incredibly inefficient and lack the ability to see customers who are waiting. I brought my 80 yr old mom to this branch, we walked in without an appointment for some bank statement and they made an appointment and said it would take 30 minutes. One relationship banker got done early with a customer and when we asked can you print our bank statement the response was they have another customer with an appointment. That customer didn’t come for 20. How long does it take to print bank statements???? I’m waiting here writing ... read more
Always seems to be one person working the whole day. Very frustrating and the atm is always having issues.
I really had a great experience at this local branch! I have never been to this branch before, but experienced great customer service. Angela and Jennie were both really patient with me and made sure to take care of my needs :) Thank you ladies!
