Great customer service. Shout out to Laura who helped me complete a wire transfer in a private office. The branch was so busy, but she was very friendly, calm, and focused on helping me with my transaction.
Worst bank in town. Everyone who works here should cry themselves to sleep in shame. They just sit inside with the bank closed for no reason and still have their regular hours posted everywhere while seniors and people in need walk around the bank confused. Literally they still have their old hours posted as if they are open. The stupid people never even thought to cover the old hours or write CLOSED. They have a sign you can barely see behind their hours that is unreadable and unnoticeable.
