Thanks Maria for helpful attitude. Teller services pretty slow. Not enough staff.
Went there once and all three associates I spoke to were incredibly friendly and efficient.
I HATE THE BENICIA BRANCH!! Only always 1 teller. Long lines and no one to help this 1 teller. We wait and wait and wait until this 1 teller is finally available to now us grumpy customers. The branch manager rarely helps and NO ONE greets us customers… EVER!!!
