I went to this branch and I asked the teller (Toni) a lady, what was the process for depositing a check. I asked if there would be a hold ect. I also expressed that I needed the money to be available immediately in order to make a payment and she proceded to deposit the check knowing that it would not be available. When I asked her why, she smirked and stated that its not on hold, but won't be available until Tuesday.
