as i spent an hour in the lobby I started reconsider and evaluate my life choices of choosing boa. this location is nothing but understaffed and low quality customer service and I cant remember a time bank of America was never like this. I guess this is why bank of America is rated worst bank in america
Extremely slow service with no one at the teller attending. Not worth the visit. Goto a different branch
Merhej is the best! very nice guy and knowledgeable.
I just have to thank mr. Merhej Jaamour for going out of his way to help customers especially when in a time crunch. More people like him would be a blessing for this bank!
This branch is a huge mess! I scheduled an appointment and waited more than one hour to see someone for my account. Yet no one showed up! They don’t have even enough people to serve the customers! The Spanish guy at the front desk is totally rude and inexperienced. Better to close my accounts with this bank.
