All I'm going to say is I am so finished with Bank of America every damn time I go in there there's a pissed off customer absolutely finished especially with the Auburn branch uhhggggggggggg I obtained incorrect information from three different employees so done I will be making a transfer asap elsewhere!!!!

There's a few people in the branch in Auburn California that don't know their damn job ! How do some of these people get paid it sure isn't their conduct every time I go in there someone is either closing account or or permanent closing something to do with Bank of America absolutely appalling I obtained three different answers for the same question from employees there it was actually 2 the third didn't even know or care to find out uhhhggggg absolutely unacceptable and will permanently be closing my checking account by Fri... read more

Ok so i have been living in this area for a long time and i got my bank account in this branch and god grace i found a guy there his name was austin so i wana say he is best and best and best among all the other people what i felt, he just guided me so good with everything i wanted to know , so ya long term short if you are in auburn then definitely go there and make appointment with him because he is amazing .
