I have been with this back for 20 years and I am closing my accounts and going elsewhere!!! This manager at the US1 in pt st lucie is rude and nasty !!! I have never been treated to badly and my husband as well . He has lung cancer and on chemotherapy and what she put him thru today is shameful!!!!Â

If I could give ZERO stars I would , Horrible experience, the manager is very unprofessional and has no idea what she’s doing because I came into the bank to take out 10k+ withdrawal and she’s looking at me squinting her eyes like she’s jealous when it’s a clear deposit that has processed and declined giving me My money , I went up the road to another BOA and was able to make the withdrawal with no slack , FIRE THAT MANAGERÂ
