Always slow help. Here today and the line of people is 8 people behind me. Finally after a half hour, someone else comes in to hep at the counter. I need to go to another bank. This branch sucks.Â
Susanna very horrible customer service..was told she has an appointment 10..I'm here at 945..so she goes back n sit in her office for 30 minutes until the client comes..I could have been helped within that 30 minutes then how she's speaks to people is ridiculous. She needs to be coached or maybe it was just an personal issue..PLEASE GET BETTER SUSANNA..we come there to do business not be disrespected nor to tolerate your attitudeÂ
