The wait time in this bank is insane, they always staff short
So... I was going to give them 1 star bc I was aggravated with the wait time - which was long. A teller by the door with 7-8 ppl and the inside teller had about 10. But when I reached the lady at the counter- she changed my mood and my reaction. I wish she had a name badge bc I wanted to put her name but she was patient and professional. She smiled and welcomed me and made me feel much less aggravated with the wait time. (IDK if it helps but she had very long nails, highlighted brown hair and big smile). The service is fine, it's the wait time that's the issue. People will be waiting up to 30-40min in line just to see a teller. Plus, there's never any acknowledgement about the wait time to their customers. They need to add more employees at that branch.
