I had several documents that needed to be notorized. I am a Bank of Americia custo m er, but I am out of state for the summer. I went to the BofA Revere, MA location. It was very crowded and I thought, this isn't going to go well. I was helped by Fernanda Ponce Valle, a relationship banker, at that location. She was very professional and pleasant. She took care of everything in just a few minutes. It was a wonderful surprise and she gave good old fashion customer service. Thank you Fernanda!
They don't deserve even one star its one of the worst branch. After you open an account with this bank, you will always have a long wait to see a bank employee. You will have to wait 45 minutes in line for your business to be done each time you go to the branch. Just three people work at the branch. One at the help desk. Her job is to welcome you and answer your questions. The other teller always has one window only open because other teller is busy counting money. I understand this is not employees fault. I went today to apply for a credit card and this guy was awesome Vinicius Fernandes he help me through the whole situation i had even with questions updated everything i requested and he was very helpful and gave me the whole information needed.
I went to the bank because I wanted to open an account. Maria was able to accommodate an appointment same day with Jackie. Jackie was incredibly helpful in assisting me with opening an account. She took the time to understand my financial needs and recommended useful tools in the BoA App.
