La atención al cliente es una de las peores
The service is fine, it's the wait time that's the issue. People will be waiting up to 30-40min in line just to see a teller. Plus, there's never any acknowledgement about the wait time to their customers. They need to add more employees at that branch.
Waited an hour to open new account and when it is my turn the employee went out for lunch, asking me to wait for another hour for someone else to assist me . Very poor customer service. I already consider not to open a new account with them already 👎 complete waste of time .
El Bank of America de Revere tiene muy poco personal y eso afecta gravemente la atención al cliente. Trámites que deberían resolverse en el mismo día terminan demorando uno, dos o hasta tres días porque solo atienden con cita. Antes muchas de estas gestiones podían hacerse fácilmente por la aplicación, pero ya no es posible, lo cual empeora la experiencia. Considero que deberían reforzar el personal y mejorar la atención para no poner tantas trabas en procesos que deberían ser rápidos y sencillos.
