This is the worst Bank of America branch I’ve ever visited. I needed in person assistance with a transaction, but the staff refused to help and were extremely rude throughout the interaction. I ended up going to a different branch, where my issue was resolved without any problems. I’ve never experienced this level of poor customer service at any financial institution. Very disappointing.

I have called over 5 times today to speak with someone about getting a bank letter. I don't want to drive there just to find out they can't provided it.
