Friendly, knowledgeable staff
The teller was completely unhelpful and just complained how understaffed they were and could not help me even though she stated she could help close accounts but was on teller duty, even though no one else was in the building at the time, and that the other person would be a "really long time". So she handed me a customer service number (useless as been waiting for two hours on line) and sat there doing nothing when I left.
