Now I understand why they have so low their reviews. They have terrible service never ask for bank account number just to get some change years and years with this bank and now asking for this information looks like someone is not doing their job. No name tags to write the name of lady
For the past year, I’ve had to get cashier’s checks to pay my rent and this branch has been so incredibly helpful and kind! I also bought my first house this year and the staff there were so understanding and patient. I want to specifically shout out Brian and Alex (I think that’s their names) as they have gotten me the most and every month check in. Banks are stressful and I think most of the reviews reflect that, but these people do their best every time!
