After 25+ years with Bank of America, I’m done. They refused to verify funds on a check from a bank literally down the street (get to starve again tonight, waiting for MY money I’ve earned from an income source I started on my own)—something that could’ve been solved with a phone call. The wait times for access to funds are ridiculous (It’s 2025, you really think weekend holds should still be a thing? It's a Friday I got paid I look online to see what time Bank of America on center Street in Salem closes it says 5:00 so I jump on my bike and haul ass downtown from South Salem to cash my check I pull up to the doors and it says lobby hours open 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. you guys need to change that on your internet web page or whatever you want to call it because that is severely frustrating for me to look online and save 5:00 p.m. and then I get your doors and it says 4:00 p.m. that's like false advertisement doesn't fall un... read more
