New location, new or remodeled building.
I came in to pay my an Alaska credit card in person. I paid with cash and got a receipt. A week later I find out my payment never went through. I come back to the branch and nobody understands where my money went. Even with a receipt they could not tell me where my credit card payment went. I have never had a problem paying my credit cards with cash, I have actually found it much easier paying cash. The branch manager Brian “tried” to be helpful. I wish to thank the local Branch Manager (Salem Or) of this bank. I brought a very frustrating problem to him and in less than 24 hours he had the problem fixed. He also fixed my Holiday spirit
*Edit: It has now officially been 1 month since I sent a request for a new card from Bank of America. I still have not gotten that card. I actually signed up, received a temporary card, and my permanent card from a new bank in just under a week. Bank of America has made it very difficult at every corner. While the people I have spoken to in person have tried their best to be helpful none of them could be. When I call in they just transfer me around until I get frustrated and hang up.
