My fiancée had a fraud issue with and Bank of America put a security lock on the account. We went in to this branch to verify her identity and they were exceptionally attentive to her issue and helped until the issue was resovled. The problem was the amount of time we had to wait on hold while getting in touch with corporate/the fraud department to regain access to her accounts. If the people AT this branch could have done this, it would have cut the time waiting by 80%.
Take your business elsewhere.
Horrible management. I will never use this bank again.
Terrible location with horrible customer service. My money would be safer on the side of the road than in this establishment.
