Recently moved to Salem and came in to deal with some account issues. The gentleman teller was very helpful with most of my questions. He then directed me to Sarah for my more complex needs. She was friendly and knowledgeable and assisted me quickly. She also gave me some tips for future banking needs. I have been a BofA customer for 25+ years and am pleased that this will be my new home branch.
Super bad, they take a long time for you to be stored, I do not recommend it.
