This is my second time having issue with tellers at this location. We are customers of the decades, come there EVERY MONTH for years, they still can not figure this basic petty cash situation. Low qualified specialist, same as zero knowledgeable management. Wasting of time. They don’t know difference between Ach routing number and ach… in THE BANK. Absolutely horrible service
I came in at 3:05pm, was advised I would have to wait. I am thinking ok. I’ll wait a little while. Merland, took me at 4:10pm, with no appointment. I finished at 4:40pm. I was extremely happy. Her customer service was amazing. If you are able to see any one. See her. She is awesome
If the machines moved any slower, you would be going in reverse. Not a fan of bank of America. They dont give you anything for having money in there business.
Ms. Merland Ornesca was wonderful to deal with and very professional and knew her job. I would recommend this branch to all my friends and family.
