My experience (which I just had) does not match or align with the negative reviews at all. I just experienced the utmost in customer service. I came to make a large withdrawal (on Dec 23 at 9:30am), and the customer in front of me became conscientious of how long she was taking, and started getting testy with the tellers, even using profanity.
