Their tellers cannot count money. I seriously question the competence of their tellers. I was depositing about 10 dollars in quarters, 5 dollars in dimes, 2 dollars in nickels and 1 dollar in pennies. They don’t have a machine to count the coins so they make YOU roll up your coins. So I did. I hand counted them, twice, and put them in rolls. The teller then slots them into a thing, doesn’t count them and concludes that I all my rolls were short. This location at Schleisman Rd, Eastvale it's pretty empty there's no one in the teller or waiting in line. There's about 4 to 5 people are working doing nothing and they still refused to help me to get on the phone with their fraud department. Very unprofessional behavior with the teller as well. Beware coming here with the attitude you'll received. Come to Limonite, Eastvale location instead there's about 15 people in line at the teller.
