The worst food and not clean
This location at Schleisman Rd, Eastvale it's pretty empty there's no one in the teller or waiting in line. There's about 4 to 5 people are working doing nothing and they still refused to help me to get on the phone with their fraud department. Very unprofessional behavior with the teller as well. Beware coming here with the attitude you'll received. Come to Limonite, Eastvale location instead there's about 15 people in line at the teller. I had a very upsetting experience at the Bank of America branch in Chino on Archibald and Schleisman. I had recently broken my phone and locked my debit card for security reasons. Because Bank of America sends a verification code to your phone to unlock the card, I couldn’t access the code and my card remained locked. I tried calling customer service but the hold time was around two hours, so I decided to go into the branch since it was nearby.
