I was at the BofA at 8023 Foothill Blvd on a Tuesday afternoon at 1:30pm. There were 5 people in the lobby to help customers. Of the lobby people one was a reception and one sat in her office. There was one teller with a line of nine people in front of me and several behind. Periodically one of the lobby people would go and stand behind the teller as if to say, can't you go any faster. This branch is awful. Go to a different one if you can.
