They don’t want to help out. Terrible service. Wouldn’t cash my check that’s issued by their BOFA.
Worst bank of america. Staff are useless they need to be trained.
Unfortunately I have the same one star complaints as many others. The bank opens at 9:00am. There’s 2 tellers with a line of 7 people, not including the 2 at the window. One teller helps their customer and walks away for over 20 minutes. This seems to be a repeated issue with this branch.
Very poor customer service. Associates don't bother to do more than the minimal.I was gonna open a cd account but after this experience im considering removing my current investment with Boa and Merill.
Came here to sort some stuff out because of some banking issues. Yadira helped me & my grandpa. It meant a lot to him & I because we don’t have much knowledge on banking.
