BOA sucks as a company and I’m only giving this rating to Mr. Victor Manzanero who works at this location, BOA took almost 800 from my account about a month ago and not one person either at different locations or over the phone dispute teams would tell me what was going on or how I could get it back. I made an appointment and got scheduled with Mr. Manzanero and thankfully he was able to help me and got my problem fixed the same day. Thank you so much for all your help. Everytime I go there, I receive Great Service.
I went on lunch to pull out money real quick and Rebecca was sitting in the back and told me I had to wait for the 1 banker in the store. After waiting 10 minutes the 1 banker told me Rebecca could have helped me the whole time. Rebecca had terrible customer service in an empty bank…
VERY unprofessional and disrespectful. Will never go to this location EVER again.
