Never answer phones to schedule appointment when system isn’t working online.
Terrible customer service. Rude tellers. Left waiting and unacknowledged for over 10 minutes even though I had an appointment. Drove to Eastvale branch instead. If I don’t close all my accounts, I will definitely never go back to that location.
BOA sucks as a company and I’m only giving this rating to Mr. Victor Manzanero who works at this location, BOA took almost 800 from my account about a month ago and not one person either at different locations or over the phone dispute teams would tell me what was going on or how I could get it back. I made an appointment and got scheduled with Mr. Manzanero and thankfully he was able to help me and got my problem fixed the same day. Thank you so much for all your help.
