Bad service...
They never have enough tellers working. There is always one teller and one person standing in the front by the door doing nothing and other employees walking around or in the offices doing absolutely nothing. None of the employees who work here actually work.
Doors locked before 4pm is ridiculous got out of work early to get here before it closed. 2 minutes before and doors are locked you already close early then any other bank as it is seethe worst bank ever they obviously don’t care look at there reviews I will be going somewhere else
Went in for a name change and to take a co owner off of my account. The man who helped was incredibly slow and was more interested in getting us a homeloan. He seemed completely inept and did not know the computer system. It took three people to help him and more than 2 hours to get this done. They also have no bathrooms for customers to use. And also there are no public bathrooms in the whole plaza
