Doors locked before 4pm is ridiculous got out of work early to get here before it closed. 2 minutes before and doors are locked you already close early then any other bank as it is seethe worst bank ever they obviously don’t care look at there reviews I will be going somewhere else
Went in for a name change and to take a co owner off of my account. The man who helped was incredibly slow and was more interested in getting us a homeloan. He seemed completely inept and did not know the computer system. It took three people to help him and more than 2 hours to get this done. They also have no bathrooms for customers to use. And also there are no public bathrooms in the whole plaza
All the ATM's are down at the same time while being serviced! Where is the customer accessibility? Please have at least one available for your customers to use.

5 rings and the automated system tells you that all representatives are busy and hangs up on you. Great customer service here, wouldn't be surprised if your stock price goes back down to $2.
