Horrible service. I went in recently to do a name change & was told to return with my court document. I go in 2day (not busy inside) & the person said to have a seat. She returns to say I have to contact & fax in my papers. I explained i was told it could be handled in the bank. She said sorry. She didn't give me a fax# so I call to see if I can email the document. After holding for someone to answer I was told if I don't have a fax I can walk it in to the branch & they can help me. MORAL OF THE STORY, DO NOT USE BANK OF AME... read more
Crappy service. I go in for a PIN number change and I have to sit around for 45 minutes while I see employees just chatting it up on their Phones or just sitting there. I will not be back, might even go to wells fargo for my banking needs.
