Probably one of the worst banks I’ve ever been to. First off the customer service is absolutely terrible. I walk in and an older lady with blonde hair just stares at me and expects me to speak first (where’s the “ welcome how may I help you” ). I just stare at her expecting to make a normal interaction and she just nods her head and says “ hello” I then proceed to tell her what I needed help with so I stood in line for about 30 mins just to schedule a appointment.
Avoid using this Bank. They have no respect for consumers. I received the worst treatment ( starting with the management )
