Honestly, this isn’t the first time I’ve come to this Bank of America in Lehigh, and every single time the service is just terrible. Today I came in to resolve an issue with my account, and it was an extremely frustrating experience. They gave me incorrect information about a transaction that I had already confirmed by phone, and the staff member spoke to me with a really bad attitude, basically saying she couldn’t help with something I’ve easily done at other branches.
