Senior Banker Bria bent over backwards to help me when Wells Fargo on the same street completely dropped the ball. She even stayed past closing due to Wells Fargo wasting my time for hours. She was very knowledgeable and empathetic with me. I was so anxiety ridden about just setting up an account at that point due to being treated so poorly by WF but she very calmly told me “please take your time I’m here for you, Ms. Cassandra.” I think people discount how important it is when you are directly handling people’s money to pro... read more
Excellent customer service, although they are understaffed at the counter.
The drive-thru ATMs have not worked here in MONTHS. Not sure what is going on, but they will not take cash deposits then they freeze up...naturally causing a long line back-up to use them. These need to be fixed asap.
