Tellers are always nice. Usually fast in and out. Don't go at lunch because everybody has the same idea. Adding new accounts is super easy and fast. They even helped us set up Samsung Pay and Apple Pay. Always clean ,always friendly.
Slow all the time
They clearly just have enough people staffing it to make it look open. Otherwise this location never has more then 1 teller and rarely a loan officer. They are all about ONLINE anymore NOT public help. BOA has gone pretty much Commercial and the private public sector is hurting from it.
No wonder this place is closing!!! Worst BoA ever!!!!
Absolutely ridiculous wait time.
