Don't try to call to talk to someone, they won't answer the phone. In fact if keep punching 1 then 4, to remain in queue, they will hang up on you. Not very professional.
Always have to stand in queue, mostly one person on window, super slow service 🫠
I made a cash deposit and more than once the teller made an emphasis rudely (my perception, not others’) that I should have sorted the bills into the same denominations. I just stayed quiet because obviously she was not happy doing that, counting money which was not hers. What’s the purpose of their bills counter? Attention BOA Corporate Will not go back to this location
