Very bad and awkward experience today when I tried to contact a BOA representative. The phone instructions led me to the Merrill Lynch side of the BOA branch and the representative was extremely rude when I told him I did not try to contact Merrill, but BOA. He hang up impolitely on me. Extremely unprofessional.
