I have been a loyal Bank of America customer for many years, with both personal and business accounts, and I am also a Merrill customer. Until today, I had never experienced service this disrespectful or unprofessional at Bank of America. I visited this branch to make a large cash deposit into several different accounts. On Monday I filed for a fraud claim on my card, then Friday comes I get an email saying that I should expect my new debit card "IN THE NEXT DAY OR TWO" the weekend passes by and it's already Thursday and I still haven't gotten my new debit card!!!!!!!!!! AND I'VE CALLED OVER 20 TIMES AND NO ONE PICKS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just received a link to their Instagram account and tried to talk to someone ONLY TO BE FLAT OUT IGNORED BY SOMEONE NAMED "tiff"!?!?!?!?!? ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?!?!?!?
