This branch has low reviews so I wasn't expecting much when I went in today. However, Joy was efficient, cheerful, courteous, and professional. She was also very patient since I couldn't hear well over the counter glass. I had to leave a positive feedback for Joy's awesome service! Thank you!
It was my first time going to this branch for in-person service. I needed to do international wire transfer and Isabelle D. was the one who helped me that day. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and it did't take much time to complete the transaction. I was nervous about sending a large amount of money through wire internationally since I have never done it but she made it easy for me. I had a great experience working with Isabelle.
target service is online only terrible customer service. at all BOfA Branch Banks. some on needs to address this crap. 3 people total in each back this one covina and west covina. bank of America you suck.
