The staff member who scammed me into opening an account was very friendly and smiling. She instructed me to transfer a large sum of money to a new card, but without any notification, the card was closed and I won't be able to open an account again for at least several years. Her suggestion backfired and harmed me. She only wanted her opening bonus and even asked me to give her an 8-10 rating. It's utterly ridiculous.
