This bank gets 0 stars! It's horrible. There is ZERO customer service offered here. I asked for a copy of my credit card statement. The employee told me they can't give me a copy. I have to get it off the website. What kind of nonsense is that!! I asked for a notary. Nope, you need an appointment. Of course there are no appointments available until tomorrow. I went across the street to Chase bank and got it done for FREE on the spot, no questions asked. I don't even have an account there. Welp, that was the last straw. I am ... read more
